MAN. This movie had SO much potential. Like it was the equivalent of 6’10 18 year old with a 40 inch vert and a 3 point shot. That then had horrible eating habits and got into drinking and then was out of the NBA in 3 seasons.
Great cast on paper. Fascinating 3 fascinating plot twist ideas. All that had super potential for big thought provoking ending. They had all the tools. They just blew it. Anna Kendrick as actress great. Her as astronaut, I am sorry, couldn’t get past it. Just no. The ending was just so underwhelming with all the potential out comes you could have had with the incredible setup. They could have went so many different ways with this movie that would have made it rock. Somehow they found the one that made it STINK. Bummer. That is a review.
