HUNT FOR THE WILDERPEOPLE: 8.4

I can GUARANTEEEEEEEEE that not a single one of you have even heard of this movie. I am just such a movie psycho that I am able to find every movie hiding under ever rock in the movie world. This is absolutely a FUCKING EXCELLENT FILM. An absolutely hilarious and heartwarming movie. A foster kid in New Zealand who can’t find a home that will keep him because of all the trouble he causes ends up at his new home. The kid is FUCKING hilarious. Laugh out loud funny. The family he arrives at is just a woman and her husband. The husband is the main guy from Jurassic Park for the movie nerds out there. He is grumpy and doesn’t care for the kid and is really going along with this for his wife who was unable to have kids. She is charming as can be and loving. Well, semi spoiler, she passes away right away and that just sets off an absolutely hysterical and fun adventure that involves the kid Ricky and the Grumpy old man who might to be so grumpy after a while, hiding and camping through the vast bush of New Zealand as the cops are looking for them accusing the old man of being a child molester holding the poor kid hostage (spoiler that’s not even close to what is actually happening or why they are running and hiding) but adds to the hilarity of the movie. And i’ll be damned if you don’t get a small tear in your eye in the ending scene of this movie. Again, laugh out loud funny and wholesome and fun and just a FUCKING EXCELLENT FILM. Get going and make this your next movie you watch. Do it. That is a review.
