Teyana Taylor stars in this heartfelt movie about a young woman name Inez, who much in her own way is lost in life and in search of any form of meaning. That is when she finds a young 6 year old boy who is dire need of a real parent figure.
The two find each other almost at the perfect time in each others lives. She decides she, against state rule, adopt this young boy without any paperwork filed through the system which ends up coming back over and over again throughout the movie. This movie follows their journey from a young age to adulthood.
It is a wholesome movie that will make you feel and has a good story behind it. I found it to be a really SOLID FILM. Worth one watch. That is a review.
