WORKING MAN: 7.3

I love a movie that puts me in my feels. So you will see a lot of dramas here on my page. I just love to feel empathy or sadness when watching movies. I know it is weird. But how often do we feel those emotions?

This movie tells the story of a man in a small rust belt town where the only job is the local factory. It really is telling the story of a lot of America. This man has worked at the factory for his whole life. It is all he knows. But like we are seeing in America today, those factories are closing. With sad and devastating effects on not only the people working there but the whole town. Paychecks lost with no where to go. No other skills. No other jobs in these towns. No plan. It is a gut wrenching look at so many Americans lives. BUT! It becomes really wholesome. The movie flips on you, and turns a tragedy into an inspiration. A movie about how one man inspires a whole town, and shines a light on what can be done when people work together and stick together. It also shines a light on when some times people can be taken advantage. The main actor does a great job in this role. You feel all the feels in this wholesome yet somber drama. It does have a beautiful ending that makes it very much worth it. This is absolutely a VERY GOOD MOVIE. That is a review.
